LIFE has been selected as one of the Brazilian organizations invited to participate in the Brazil–Europe Space Economy Mission 2026, an international delegation that brings together representatives from government, industry, technology parks, and investment funds to strengthen strategic cooperation between Brazil and Europe’s leading space ecosystems.

For LIFE, this selection represents an important milestone in our international journey. Throughout the mission, we will connect with research institutions, space agencies, innovation hubs, investors, and industry leaders while exploring opportunities for collaboration that can accelerate the development of autonomous food production technologies for long-duration space missions.

What is the Brazil–Europe Space Economy Mission?

The Brazil–Europe Space Economy Mission is an international initiative designed to connect a carefully curated Brazilian delegation with some of Europe’s most advanced space ecosystems. The mission promotes the exchange of best practices, the creation of strategic partnerships, and the exploration of new opportunities between Brazilian and European institutions, startups, investors, and innovation organizations. Participation is limited and by invitation only, allowing for focused discussions and high-value institutional engagement
